I just upgraded to the new version of Office in large part because I assumed you must have addressed this annoying compatibility issue with Outlook. I'm amazed that you're directing users to a third party fix to a Microsoft bug. I don't get it. Is this a problem you plan on addressing. I get winmail files everyday and while the third party software works it's a huge pain not to be able to direct open files from Entourage.

Please understand that nobody here actually works for Microsoft. If you want
Microsoft to hear you, click on Help>Send Feedback about Entourage and leave
your feedback on the page that opens.

I wouldn't bother using "Send Feedback" for this issue. It has been
submitted hundreds of times over at least 6 years. (I know I submitted
it in 2003 if not earlier.)

It is clear that Microsoft does not listen to the users or care about
the feedback. If they did, this and the lack of HTML editing (the two
most requested issues) would have been included in Entourage 2008.

winmail.dat is an abberation of Outlook. Current installations are not
configured by default to send in rich text. In a matter of time, the problem
will go away on its own.

But since you insist, what feature in the next version of Entourage should
they skip so they can work on this instead?

Skip My Day! It is a useless feature for me (I tried it and turned it
off the first week). Get rid of the Projects (again, not useful).
Leave "To Dos" alone (I have a calendar for those). And I have no idea

Put in HTML, winmail.dat support (come on, it is not that much work,
they already have most of the code from Outlook) and fix the bug with
enclosed text files. (Entourage puts them inline instead of as
attachments. This hides the file name and the ability to save them to
disk. Cut and paste doesn't work because Entourage cannot handle large
text selections and you still don't get the file name.)

In short, they need to focus on things that annoy people in the
current product, not some new fluff feature like My Day. Like it or
not, Entourage needs to do all the email things that Outlook can do
and work seamlessly.
