Winsock Error

I am getting the following error on Windows 2000 networked to 2000 server.

Error in Winsock Module
Connection Structure is unknown

Possible Reason:
Your firewall and/or Antivirus application block the system-File: csrss.exe

Make sure that csrss.exe can connect to the internet.

What does this mean and what can I do?

for user related information. Before you post include all relevant
information that may apply.
Likely that the error message is correct if you have recently reconfigured
your system in any way. Service Packs, etc...
