I'm using Outlook 2003. Apparently, by default, Outlook fowards or replies
to plain text messages are in plain text. In the Outlook knowledge base, it
referred me to Word help since I use Word as my email editor. However, I
couldn't find anything in Word help that told me how to change the formatting
of my reply. All of the font and format options are grayed out when I try to
forward or reply to a plain text message I've received. Any suggestions?
