Won't divide

Excel 2002 will not divide. All other functions are OK. If
formula is as simple as A1/A2, the result is #VALUE! I've
tried all the fixes I can find in local help file. Any
assistance is greatly apreciated.

Number tab

Look at list separator. What do you show there?

If it's a slash, change it to a comma (USA) or semicolon (rest of world??).
