won't download from verizon server

I set up OE to send and receive from verizon's server,called verizon for
help,went over all entries in properties,2 times.
A dialog box pops up asking for mypassword,Iclick ok cause I know the
password is correct, I even take it out and reenter it,press ok,5sec later
it's back untill i cancel it and get a detailed report saying my password is
wrong.
anyone know a fix?

Call Verizon support?

Unfortunately, you're in the wrong newsgroup. This is a group to support
Microsoft Outlook (part of Microsoft Office). Outlook Express is a part of
Internet Explorer and is an entirely different program, despite its similar
name..

You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
Outlook Express news group. Try
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress (for OE6)....

If this group isn't carried on the news server that's carrying this group,
try using news.microsoft.com as your NNTP server.
