Word 2000 Envelope Printing Problem

I'm using Win XP and Office 2000, Premium Edition.

In the past, the 'Return Address' and the 'Delivery Address' positioned
themselves on an envelope exactly as shown in the 'Preview' window, of the
popup "Envelope Options" menu.

Now the 'Return Address' prints 5 lines down from the top on the envelope.
I know this, because when I do a "Print to document" I can delete 5 lines
before the 'Return Address' comes up to the top of the envelope page. Every
entry on the popup "Envelope Options" menu shows "Auto" for the 'Return
Address' and the 'Delivery Address'. BTW, this occurs for every envelope
size in the drop down "Options" window.

Can anyone help me resolve this problem?
