Word 2000 open embedded designer.drawing.7 picture

Went to open yesterday and was going to open by reaching out to Office CD rom
installation disk which I did not have on me at the time. I re-produced the
open file, select picture, right click and now it offers to convert to
permanently unrecognized file.

Looking for other options, I have found Visio 2000 converter but while I own
Visio 2000, the picture is embedded in Word file with out seperate file for
opening.

Any ideas?
