I have office 2002 and Windows XP home edition. I have
followed the instruction in Knowledge base articles 28250
and 306550. I can send faxes through windows so I know
that it will send them. However, when I am in word
whether I am using the e-mail method (a work around in
28250) or attempting to use the fax merge icon, it does
not work. I do get messages in my e-mail that the e-mail
approach did not work. Nothing will show in the fax
console either.
