Word add-in library

I am loading a .WLL on demand. I have other .DOT files
that are loaded at startup which adds two menus to the
menu bar..

I am getting the menus for the .WLL but they are not
functioning. If I prevent the .DOT files from loading at
startup and then load the .WLL I have no problems.

Does anyone have any ideas what is happending?

I had the same problem when I tried to load an addin in
the Word Startup, mixed in with other addins loaded from
Microsoft Office Startup?, I forget. but anyways check to
see if all the addins are being loaded from the same place.
