Word Art Angles

In Pub 95-98, you could change the angle of the lower arc to whatever you chose. You can no longer do this in Pub 2002. Has anyone been able to figure out how to get this angle adjustment back. It used to be so easy.

Have you tried dragging the yellow diamond shape?

Go to Insert > Object > and scroll down the list to "Microsoft WordArt 2.0"
and click OK. You can use the old WordArt in Publisher 2002.
