Word/Excel error

I know this probablybelongs in the Word forum, but its
showing unavailable to me....sigh

When starting Word, I get this...

compile error in hidden module: aowd_Menu


I tried the fix from MS about the U2000 files, but the
error is still there. What third party progs can be
causing this? The most recent program installed was done
on several PCs, but only one is exhibiting this problem.
