I'm using a PowerBook G4 with OS X (10.3.7) and Office:Mac X. When I
try to open an attached .doc in Entourage, the Word icon (box) opens on
my desktop and looks like it's trying to launch. But it doesn't. It
freezes and then I have to force quit. I can open the files by dragging
them to the desktop and then clicking, but I would rather do it in one
step. This was not happening to me before.
Anyone have a suggestion?
