Word documents freeze whenever I try to insert clip art and I have to use
task manager to get out. I am up to date with office updates. I have tried to
follw Mary Sauers instruction to Moss dated 12/1/2004, however I am unable to
locate C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\clip
organizer. I can find a file named mstore10 in C:\Documents and
Settings\Jane Inglis\Application Data\Microsoft\clip organizer however I
can't rename it as it tells me that it is being used by another person or
program, even though nothing is open. I have spent hours looking at various
web sites and am unable to track down a solution.
