word gives memory error

after the installation of Visio 2003, when I set my language to French in
office word and try to use shift F7 function (thesaurus). it gives me a
memory error like 0000.000 and then word closes.

Do you have all the latest service packs installed on Word (or Office) 2003
and Visio 2003? I know there were some issues with the French proofing tools
when Office 2003 was first released, but these have been corrected with the
service packs, I believe.
