Word Macro Security Setting Problem

At work we are running Office 2000. I have a terminal server with 2000 OS
and Citrix MetaFrame. A third party application that we use integrates with
Word but requires the macro security setting to be on Low to save the doc.
The users keep reporting that this setting is changing back to High on a
regular basis. What could be causing this and is there anything I can do
about it? Any info is appreciated. Thanks, Robin Deatherage
