Word Paragraph Formating.

Is there a way once a document is protected to use the Keep Together for a
selection of paragraphs. Either program wise or manual formatting?

I have multiple input fields with numbered items (these field sizes could be
20 charaters to 200 characters in length) and wish keep them together on
each page.

One way is to put the field into a table cell and format the cell not to
break across pages

I don't really understand the implications of your comment "once a document
is protected".

Hi Michael,

Why would you not apply this formatting to the paragraph before protecting the
document?

The only way this could be done at a later point is to unprotect, then
reprotect.
