Word processing in Entourage emails

Is it as simple as Entourage(2008) does not offer within email creation the
range of WP choices that exist in, say, Outlook(2008)?

Yes. You can, however, compose the contents of a new message in Microsoft
Word and then send it through Entourage. (File > Send To > Mail Recipient
(as HTML).)
