Word/PwrPoint files will not open from SBS 2003 R2 server shared d

We are having trouble on only 1 desktop opening Word and PowerPoint files
only (Excel works fine) from the SBS 2003 R2 server shared drive. Locks up
maching when trying. No error message. Opening these file types from C:
works fine. We have re-installed Office 2003 on this machine and still have
the problem.
