Word question: macro for bullets with double spacing between bullets?

In Word 2003 how can I set it to do a double space, rather than single
space, after the Return that starts the next bullet. In other words I
would like it to look like this:

- as;dlfja;f a;slkf asd;lk asdf;laks j sad;lf as;fd ads f;lkasdf;
asf;df;alk sd
as;ldkfj asdf ;asjdf;lkasd f as;dlfj a sdlfdsdjlsfjs.

- kdfdkfsls sldfs dflsd sdfl sdl flsj sdlfj.

- a;sldfjalksd sd falksdfjlsdkl sdfklsdjf

rather than this:
- as;dlfja;f a;slkf asd;lk asdf;laks j sad;lf as;fd ads f;lkasdf;
asf;df;alk sd
as;ldkfj asdf ;asjdf;lkasd f as;dlfj a sdlfdsdjlsfjs.
- kdfdkfsls sldfs dflsd sdfl sdl flsj sdlfj.
- a;sldfjalksd sd falksdfjlsdkl sdfklsdjf

It would like to learn how to set Word to default to the double spacing.
But I would also like to learn how to make a macro and button so that I had
the option of both formattings of bullets.

Arghhhh... I didn't want my example to look this way:

- as;dlfja;f a;slkf asd;lk asdf;laks j sad;lf as;fd ads f;lkasdf;
asf;df;alk sd

Hope its not too confusing and you understand what I'm attempting to do in
previous posting.

If you are referring to the space between paragraphs, rather than
space between the lines of the paragraph, then go to Format/Paragraph
and use the "Space Before" or "Space After" settings.

The way you create a format for both is to create a style and utilize
it to apply and modify the formatting.
