Can I secure a word file from copy, print and even print screen?
If I want a reader to read a file for 3 hours than forever stop anyone to
read it again, can I do that?

I'm not sure about the last. But the first three can be enforced if you can
manage the document via ActiveDirectory AND if you have Office 2003 or
later.

Information Rights Management (IRM) was introduced in Office 2003. It lets
you set permissions to a document for individual groups and/or users. These
groups or users must be listed in ActiveDirectory.

For more information, search the Help and the Microsoft site on Information
Rights Management.
