Word Talking

Hi,
I have just been informed by someone in my organisation
that Word spoke to her. It started reading the letter
she was editing. She has no idea why or how this
happened. Another staff member heard it too. I found
out that Word XP (that she is using) and higher has voice
recognition but that feature does not seem to be on and
that seems different to this.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Has she got Narrator switched on (part of Windows's
Accessibility features)? This reads out what is on screen.
Hitting Win+U switches this on.
