WordPerfect better lists

Frustrated Bewildered

WordPerfect has better Outline numbering
e.g. You just type 1. [tab] then type
if you are in the next level, e.g. a), you can hit [shift][tab], and it
decreases indent and moves up one level - e.g. 1.
Word is cumbersome and glitchy. I have Word 2002
