Works 7.0

I am unable to paste a picture from art clip to a word
document. All I get is a frame. Microsoft addresses this
problem in Works 6.0 however I have 7.0 which came with
the computer. When I attempt to insert it states that I
must install Works 7.0 disk. Has this been a problem with
anyone. What did you do to correct this. Is the only cure
to install works 7.0 disk. Please E-Mail me regarding
this problem.
