Wrong time in Entourage.

When using Entourage, my messages are the wrong time. The are three
hours earlier when posted. I can not figure it out! Also when I am
sent a invitation for say 9am. The appointment goes on my calendar at
6am and it can not be changed. How do I rectify this?

Entourage picks up the time & time zone settings from the systems prefs. Go
to the 'date & time' system settings and check that you have the correct
time zone entered.

Then, restart entourage to get the correct time zone registered.
