XAOL-UA5-M13 authentication failed? methods not supported on comp

Trying to configure Outlook Express with AOL(UK).The above message suggest
that the authentication methods are not supported on this computer.How do I
get the computer to support the authentication methods.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
