Hi,
as the first post for this question wasn't posted from the correct account I
will now repost this question in order to get it registered in the MSDN
managed newsgroups. I apologize for the repost.
This is the question:
On http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb251010.aspx at step 13,
a Rich Text Field is added to the form by dragging the respective Web
Service XHTML field into the InfoPath form. This, however, makes the
created control read-only. Is there a way to make the control
writable?
If I bind the XHTML resultset of the web service manually into a field
of datatype "Rich Text (XHTML)" the formatting of the text doesn't
work. If I drag&drop the field from the Web Service data source (as in
step 13), the text formatting works, but the Rich text control is
somewhat different from the manually creatable Rich Text control - the
data type is "XHTML" and most of the properties of the control are
disabled so I cannot uncheck the read-only property.
Thank you,
Jussi
