XML URN???? Making a form fully trusted.....

I hope someone can give me some help on this.....

I have a MSDN article regarding Fully Trusted Forms (Infopath 2k3 SDK
documentation).......

There is a section on manually making a form fully trusted, I have no clue
about XML and this is 20000 times more confusing to me than almost anything
else I have looked at... (HTML,VB)

it is asking for me to enter in values for a URN.... I have looked and
looked for any info on the net about URN's (www.w3.org amongst others) but I
can't find anything that give's a remedial explanation as to how I go about
referencing what I need to reference....

name="urn:MyForm:MyCompany"


I understand that I have to populate the MyForm and My Company areas...
though how??? Do I put a directory path? http://?? The combination of my
locker from Jr High?
