XP Picture/Fax Viewer Problem!Help!

Im new to this group so you have to bare with me!

My problem is this: I have recieved emails with various jpg
attachments. When I open one of these attachments in Outlook they
are opened with the Windows Picture and Fax viewer ...no problem.

I then open a different email with jpg attachment. The Windows
Picture and Fax Viewer opens the jpg attachment also without any
problem except that instead of just showing the currently opened jpg
attachment it shows the current jpg plus all previously opened jpg's.

After a while this becomes annoying! Is this a settings issue or is
my Outlook corrupted? The Operating system is XP Proffesional with
SP1a, Office version is 2000 Premium with SP3.

Any advice is greatly welcomed!
