Outlook 2002 has been working without issue for months.
However I am now unable to send an email to any external
mailbox (no problems with internal) from within Outlook.
Receiving all mail OK from external sources. If I log
into OWA I can send and receive without any problem.
Returned email from system administrator account contains
three information lines: 1)"Your message did not reach
some or all of the intended recipients."; 2) "None of your
e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."
