This pop up appears when i view my SENT items. I cannot view more than 3-4 messages. And the message asks me to quit all Microsoft applications. Could it be a virus?? Otherwise inbox is working fine. Wht do i do to access old sent mail??

Nothing about what you've mentioned indicates a virus. Suspecting a
virus on a Mac should be a very very low option on your list --
practically nil since Mac OS X currently has no viruses in the wild.

Your Entourage Database needs repairs. Quit Entourage and then relaunch
it with the Option key held down. This will open the Microsoft Database
Utility. Use it to Verify your Database and repair if necessary.

Hope this helps!

In addition to the rebuild, one option you could try first is to select the
sent folder and drag it to the desktop. This will create an MBOX file.
Delete all contents of your Sent folder. Drag the MBOX back to the sent
folder. This could clear any corruption in the folder. (Make a backup first
in the Finder!)
