2 per page direct mail post card set up

I've successfully created my data list and the post card template in
Publisher 2007 so that two post cards are printed per page on an 8.5x11 piece
of paper in portrait orientation. Two front sides of the post cards are
printed on one side of the paper and then two back sides are printed on the
back side of the paper. That's all good.

My problem is that the merge is pulling in the SAME record for each piece of
paper instead of for each post card. Therefore I get two cards addressed to
Mr. Smith on each page of paper that's printed.

There must be a way to get the merge to send one contact record to the top
half of the page and another contact record to the bottom half of the page so
that I get two recipients onto each piece of paper. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

JoAnn, I'm looking at the preview.

Are you actually printing it and getting that result or are you looking at a
print preview?

Mary:

I've seen your response to this issue in several places and it's not working
for me. I see the duplicate entries in print preview, but when I print the
2-up postcards they still repeat each person twice on the page before going
to the next record (Publisher 2003 merging with my Outlook contacts folder).
