2 printers 1 does not print name in same spot

We have 2 different printers one prints name on to name badges dead center
second one prints off center. Printers are in two seperate buildings. Do I
have to make two seperate templates? I would sooner print to the one that
prints off center. Will I have to adjust column and row? & how ?
