501 5.7.1 This system is not configured to relay mail from ****.co

I have recently installed Beta 2 Outlook 2007 and am having difficulties in
sending mail from 1 of 3 accounts that I have successfully used in my
previous Outlook 2003. The error message reads "501 5.7.1 This system is not
configured to relay mail from [account.com]", where 'account.com' is one of
the accounts in Outlook. The other two accounts work well. Is there a
configuration issue to deal with in 2007?

If I cannt resolve, how do I recover Outlook 2003 and BCM 2003?
