The message below appears in my inbox immediately after I send a message
addressed to any other host than my own. Emails to my colleagues on the same
host are transmitted OK. Using pop3/smtp email account; Test Settings in
Account Setup works fine.

Are you using Demon Internet's SMTP server? I'm curious since that IP
address belongs to their network and other SMTP servers (except
authenticated ones) might bounce the traffic.

Using Demon as ISP, but another SMTP server. Using Authentication, sing same
settings as incoming. Seems resolved by disabling AVG Free AV application,
which fits with problem starting after most recent AV update...
