A Repeating Popup Messages Asking For Network Password

i just install the trial version of Office 2007. I keep getting a popup
message asking me for the network password. This is ever after I ask the
system to save my password. This only happens in Outlook 2007. I can
recreate the popup by asking for a Send/Receive. This does not happend in
Express or any other software.

I first thought it was a problem with Norton but stopped the process for
Norton and got the same response.

Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. I want to move to Office Pro
2007 but not with these problems.
