Active sync keeps disconnecting PDA from PC

PDA won't stay comnected via activesync. I have to keep unplugging and
plugging PDA back into PC to reconnect (PDA is a iPAQ111) did not have the
same problem with old 3900 series iPAQ and HP CS has no answers.
