Analyze Timescale data in Excel

amber.whitmire

I was trained on MS Project 2003 and was just moved to MS Project 2007
at my new job. I am the only Project person here and I am lost.

I need to be able to see projected hours and cost in Excel by a
monthly and weekly basis. I do not need a graph I need them in Excel.
But the analyze timescale data in Excel is gone!!!

I have tried to use the Visual reports like it says to but it makes no
sense and does not provide me with what I need.
Does anyone have any advice?

Run one of the assignment usage views. Then when excel opens move from the
"Graph" tab to the "Assignment Usage" tab.

This tab is a pivot table. You can drag and drop the fields and timescales
you want into the table.
