Automatically send an e-mail to someon

Hi,

I have a program called PDF995 which automatically creates a report in the
form of a PDF file. It then opens up an outlook e-mail note and attaches the
file. I have this as a scheduled task so every morning at 6:00 am it creates
this outlook e-mail note with attachment. What I want to do is to
automatically fill on the name of the person (Always the same) and the title
(again always the same thing). Then I want the system to do an automatic
send and receive. Can someone help?
