Hi,
I have a schedule that contains 'dummy' resource allocations for each task
(with dummy costs = £1.00/hr), The Baseline contains all of these allocations.
This was done to allow me to plot BCWP against baseline to generate a
EV-type report.
What I currently have is a huge problem - my schedule reports (Via Project
Information) £76000 for Current Cost, and £304 for Baseline cost. Almost All
of my BCWP fields are zero even though work has been progressed on them. It
actually appears that it is the rollup that is not working correctly for the
baseline cost calcs. Also, one of my EAC fields now contains
-£999,999,998,759.99
This scares me a little... Could I be looking at a corrupt file?
Do you need any more information?
I really need help with this if anyone has any ideas/suggestions....
