BCWS / BAC are zero in resource usage

I am encountering an odd scenario. When looking at earned value in the task
usage view, all fields are correct for both the task and the assigned
resource. When I look at the same task in resource usage view the BCWS and
BAC fields show zero at the resource level despite showing the correct value
at the task level.

I am trying to review my resource costs and this is throwing off the
results. I double-checked the following items in trying to figure out the
problem:
1. Resources are assigned and have cost associated with the resource.
2. Project status date is correct.
3. Work views are all correct and show proper baselined values.
4. Tried to clear baseline and reset and still happens.
5. Stumped.

Looks like you are checking all the usual suspects. I was unable to

In built Earned value in MS Project replies on where the current date
is at. Best way around is to calculate your own data using custom
fields, much more effective.
