This is easily done but one caveat; sync services is flaky with
Entourage so its best to work with a workaround I'll quickly describe.

Go to Entourage and prefs sync and in the case of Contacts choose
Contacts for sync. At the popup choose combine. Within a couple of
secs sync will begin. You can leave this turned on and any contact
change anywhere will be reflected elsewhere in the sync chain.

If you want to sync more than Contacts the best thing to do is only
have one Entourage sync module turned on at a time. In my case, I have
Calendar and Tasks turned on all the time as that is what I constantly
change and sync is reliable. When I need to sync Contacts as there's
been a change, I just turn of Calendar sync and turn on Contacts sync
and sync the changes then switch back to Calendar sync. If you have
more than one module turned on at a time sync is very flaky and you'll
get strange results including dup'd records, records that don't sync
and sometimes data loss. This has not been fixed on iota since
Entourage began employing sync services and I would expect that it
will not now as Microsoft is moving from Entourage to Outlook in the
next release of Office slated for late 2010. Who knows, maybe this
will get fixed in 2010. If you use the workaround though sync is very
reliable and although its a touch of nuisance if you change a lot in
more than one module, messed up syncs is way more than a nuisance and
can have some nasty outcomes.
