Business Contact Manager 2003 / Outlook 2003 Inoperable?

Hi,

After I install BCM 2003 I cannot successfully open Outlook 2003.
There is a message related to an Add-In, but I cannot find it in order
to set these options.

I searched for various solutions, and none have worked.

My current environment is:

Win XP Pro (SP 3)
Office 2003 Pro
Outlook Connector
..NET Framework 3.5 (SP1)

Any help you can lend is appreciated.
