Business Contact Manager: Cannot open the folder you specified?

Error message: Cannot open the folder you specified - this message repeats
itself up to 20 times and at seemlingly random times. I have to OK each
error message to move on then it will do it again. Any ideas? on how to
troubleshoot folders in BCM?

Generally, if BCM cannot open a folder, it means it cannot connect to
the database, where the folder contents are stored.
