Two part issue here:
1st--in the basic publsh process--Collaborate--Publish--Publish all---the
error "Action can not be completed because the other application is busy.
Choose "switch to" to activate the busy app and correct" The "switch to"
goes no where.....
This schedule has been sent to me, the admin, by a PM who has had issues
importing.
I can import the schedule but the publish always fails per above.
