Calendar event update does not sync - error -18500

Hello,

I have a user with a calendar event that would not sync and generated the
error:

Cannot synchronize record, error -18500

The original event made it to the Exchange calendar because it is visible in
OWA; however, when the user update the time of the event that sync in the
one that failed.

Here is a thread that briefly discussed the error. The error number is not
recorded on the Entourage MVP page.
