Calendar issues (Meeting disappears, cannot sync with delegated us

We ahve migrated users from Notes to outlook2007 recently. We have couple of
strange issues with Calendar Meetings.

KB961752 is installed on all user.

Client: OS is XP with SP2, Outlook 2007 with SP1 and Office XP.
Server :Exchange 2007 Servers.

Scenario I
Manager receive a meeting mail from his/her collegues. This meeting will be
accepted by delegated assistants. After accepting the meeting invite, invite
mail get deleted. After some time the meeting will also get deleted from
Managers calendar.

Scenario II
Also we have delegated user when do change the meeting schedule and resend
the same to all invitees, meeting disappears from the organizers calendar but
will be available on the invitees calendar.

Scenario III
Manager create meeting in his calendar on his own. Delegated users cannot
see the same from their PC, Manager can see from his PC. After some time
(delay is uncertain some time 30 minutes and sometime 7-8 hours) Delegated
users can see the meeting calendar.

Scenario iv
This is same as Scenario III, but only the difference is Delegated users
will create the meetings and Manager cannot see in his calendar from his PC.
After uncertain period of delay, Manager can see from their PC.
