Can MS Onenote annotate .pdf documents?

I use a Toshiba Portege 700 tablet PC and would like to annotate .pdf
documents. Does MS Onenote annotate .pdf doc's or do I have to buy a separate
PDF Annotator software program? My computer is running XP and MS Office 2003.

You would have to insert the PDF file into OneNote, as an image most likely,
then you could draw on top of it. I've done that a couple of time as I
recall but it's been a long time.

I have an M400 Toshiba tablet. I like the PDF Annotator program because it
does enough more than simply write over images to give it a big advantage as
part of a "toolkit" for work with pdfs. It is pretty reasonable $$ for the
benefits.

In addition, there seem to be more steps in moving the pdf into
image-on-the-ON page status than just opening the pdf in Annotator. Annotator
recognizes the pen and tablet capabilities right away.

My two cents...

Thanks. Where did you buy your pdf annotator from? I have found only one
source online and I thought that was rather strange.

http://www.grahl-software.com/en/ It's a German company. They are up to
1.something and say that v2 is in beta. There are regular enhancements and
fixes from this company, and they make a couple of other products. They are
happy to sell direct. I bought the SW from them.
