SYNCHRONISING ONENOTE 2007

(1) I have a Toshiba Portege M200 (XP Tablet) with OneNote 2007. Also in the
folder are Onenote 2003 pages from when I ugraded earlier this year.
I also have a HTC P3600 (TRinity) PPC which I use to synchronise Outlook etc
with the Toshiba.

(2) I have just bought a Fujitsu U810 UMPC also with XP Tablet. The reason
I bought this device is (a) I have a back-up notebook in case my Toshiba goes
bad or missing (I am a one-man business in the UK, but I work mostly abroad
in developing regions), and (b) to use it on flights, trains, and meetings,
mostly in Tablet mode. It also has OneNote 2007.

(3) What I want to do is: copy data files, Outlook PST and OneNote between
the Toshiba and the Fujitsu. I do NOT want to complicate things by
synchronising the Fujitsu with the HTC as well.

(4) My user name on both the Toshiba and the Fujitsu is the same.

(5) I copied the OneNote 2007 Folder from My Documents on the Toshiba to the
Fujitsu via a USB drive, but not all the notebopoks and sections appear to be
on the Fujitus. Also, I get a message on the Fujitsu: "This section was not
cached and is not accessible offline". Other sections seem to be Read Only.

How do I maintain exact copies on the Toshiba and Fujitsu? I do not want to
use even mu home office network as (a) it is not available on assignment and
(b) It expertise on assignment locations is often variable, hence my wish to
use a USB drive.

Regards,
