can not send e-mail

I keep getting the same message
473 (addresse emial) relaying prohibited. You should
authenticate first. I used to get it occasiionally now it
happens all the time and no mail goes out. I can receive
email just not send. Some times I don't even get this
message but the receiver never gets message.
I downloaded office xp sp3 and latest OS XP patches and it
still does not work.
I can use my ISP email from the server, but not thru
outlook.

Set your outgoing server to authenticate per the message warning. Contact
your ISP if you need specific instructions.
