Activation for 2007 Microsoft Office Suite from Microsoft showing
installation date as 11/24/07. Do I need to uninstall this in order to
download paid 2007 office pro plus? I can download but only from browser
download and when I do it goes on to my desktop on my Roxio program telling
me to burn to dis which I did, but had no luck. Told by Microsoft that I
should download free ISO software which I did. Microsoft cannot or will not
tell me how to use it or how to download this program. If I cannot get this
done, today, I will cancell this subscription as we neededthis downloaded
four days ago when purchased. Please help me if you can to know what to do
as this program cannot be installed on my computer.

I am having issues downloading the trial version. It shows 2002 as the
expiration date. I had a 180 day paid trial version but lost it to a bad
motherboard and the old computer used Vista. New one uses Windows7. They are
not being helpful in the past few days. 2010 version will be out soon though.
Hope you have better luck than many people that I know.

You have to uninstall any Trial version and its Activation assistant,
reboot, prior to installing any paid for version.

Office is not a subscription product, if you chose you could have purchased
direct from eg Amazon at a better price, and you would have received the
cd's
